You may, or may not have, noticed that I disappeared from this space for some time. For those that have noticed, I have missed you. And, if you too, have a full life and were too busy keeping the ship afloat to notice one less email in your inbox every month, I get it. I am right there with you. Here's a recap:
Here are a few things I am doing to get back on track and bring peaceful, calm energy to my family.
Time and again, the thing that gets me and keeps me in balance is maintaining a clean and tidy home. Our homes are our sanctuaries from the busyness of the outside world. When I am at home I want to feel peaceful. Things are a lot more peaceful with clean, clear surfaces.
